Athlete & Coach - Jacob Manning

On today’s episode I am pleased to welcome Jacob Manning to the podcast.

Jacob is a yoga teacher and coach from Southern California. During this episode we dive into his lifestory which includes training to a high level in a number of sports as well as drug use, faith, yoga, working with a professional baseball team and many life lessons learned along the way.
