Tree Climbing Champion - Jo Hedger

Today I welcome Jo Hedger to the podcast; a 4 times ISA international tree climbing champion (world champion) and 5 times European champion. I have been fortunate enough to train Jo for the last 4/5 years and have been witness to the many improvements she has made not only in her training but in her work, lifestyle & competitions too. In today's conversation we discuss everything from the competitions and prep, daily practices for both mind and body, how she came to follow a carnivore based diet and the running of her own tree care business too.
